DREWFAB DF1117 Jet Drive Steering Pin Kit | Smoother Steering for Droop Snoots & Nozzle Adapters

The DREWFAB DF1117 Jet Drive Steering Pin Kit replaces the factory nyliners, cross bolts, and pins in your jet drive nozzle adapter, eliminating steering slop and transforming your handling with true one-finger steering.

Each kit includes precision-machined 304 stainless steel pins that bolt directly to the nozzle adapter using four #10 screws per pin. The result is a tighter, smoother, and more reliable steering response, ideal for high-performance jet boats and racing applications.

⚠️ Important: These steering pins will not work with a rudder. You must remove the rudder or use only one pin. Please read the full description and watch the instructional video before ordering.

❌ Not recommended for Berkeley Droop Snoots, which require extensive machining.

• (2) 304 Stainless steel steering pins

• (8) Stainless 10-32 × 3/8" screws

• (4) #113 Buna-N O-rings

• (2) 1/8" NPT brass zerk fittings

• (2) Delrin washers

• (1) American Turbine adapter washer (if selected)

• Drill & Tap Kit – for DIY installation/modification

• Drill Jig – simplifies drilling and tapping for JC bowls, droops, or nozzle adapters

The DREWFAB Drill Jig makes modification easy — simply slide it into the steering pin hole, secure it with washers and a nut, orient, tighten, then drill and tap using the provided bushings.
