Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, supply chain issues, or events outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once items are delivered to the carrier.

All work is performed to the best of our ability using industry-standard practices. However, due to the custom nature of marine work and aftermarket modifications, we do not guarantee outcomes beyond what is explicitly agreed upon.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Coast River Outlaws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
