Refund Policy
West Coast River Outlaws has a 30-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, uninstalled, unaltered, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@westcoastriveroutlaws.com. Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization.
Because some products may ship from different vendors, manufacturers, fulfillment partners, or return facilities, the correct return address will be provided after your return request is reviewed and approved. Items sent to the wrong address, or sent back without first requesting a return, may not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by West Coast River Outlaws.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item arrives damaged, please keep the item, packaging, box, labels, and any included materials until the issue is resolved. Photos may be required to help us process the claim.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, special-order items, made-to-order products, personalized items, installed parts, used parts, altered items, clearance items, final sale items, gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and any item that cannot be safely or legally resold.
Custom products and special-order items include, but are not limited to, products made, modified, sourced, or ordered specifically for your boat, vehicle, measurements, selected options, requested specifications, or custom project needs.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, if eligible. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, a damaged item, or an incorrect item being sent.
