Description

Meet “The Beast” Stringer Washer – DREWFAB’s heavy-duty solution for jet-boat builders who demand maximum strength and reliability.

Each washer measures 1.70" in diameter, .400" thick, with a 3/8" hole, and is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum for exceptional rigidity and corrosion resistance. Made in the USA, these washers deliver the strength conventional stringer washers can’t match in high-stress marine environments.

Standard stringer washers are typically 1.25" diameter × .25" thick with a 3/8" hole – adequate for casual use but insufficient under extreme loads. “The Beast” fills that void, offering superior holding power and a solid foundation for stringer-mounted components and rail systems.

Available in flat or countersunk styles to match your installation requirements. Each kit includes 8 washers; custom quantities are available upon request – contact us directly for bulk orders or special finishes.
