Description

The DREWFAB DF1099-100 Alternator Mount Kit provides everything needed to install and tension an alternator on Big Block Ford (385 Series) engines. Designed for clean front-mount installation and precise alignment, this complete kit includes the belt, pulleys, spacers, and stainless hardware for a professional-grade setup.

Before ordering, please verify your alternator’s fitment. This kit is compatible with the Powermaster 7294 or an equivalent alternator that features a 2-inch mounting boss. If your alternator uses a different boss length, custom parts will be required.

  • (1) Crankshaft pulley

  • (1) Crankshaft pulley spacer

  • (1) 3-1/8" long hex standoff

  • (1) Turnbuckle assembly (2 heim joints, 2 jam nuts, 1 turnbuckle)

  • (4) 3/8-16 × 1-3/4" stainless socket head cap screws (Allen head)

  • (4) 3/8" chamfer washers

  • (1) 7/16" chamfer washer

  • (1) 7/16-14 × 2-3/4" stainless socket head cap screw

  • (1) 15360 (36") V-belt

  • (1) 7/16-14 × 1-1/2" stainless set screw

  • (1) 3/4" × 5/16" × 1-1/2" aluminum spacer

  • (1) 5/16-18 × 5" stainless socket head cap screw

  • (1) 5/16-18 × 1" stainless socket head cap screw

  • (2) 5/16" chamfer washers

  • (1) Thread locker
