The DREWFAB DF1073 / DF1086 Universal Jet Boat Engine Rail Kit simplifies engine installation and removal, making alignment effortless and reliable. Designed for Big Block Ford (BBF) and Big Block Chevy (BBC) engines, this complete rail system eliminates the frustration of lining up holes in traditional four-point mounts. With this setup, removing your engine requires only four bolts, saving you time while improving precision.
Each rail is machined from 2" x 2" x 1/4" 6063 structural aluminum, providing exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. The stringer backers are made from 5052 sheet aluminum, and the feet from 6061-T6 aluminum, ensuring long-term durability under marine conditions.
The slotted rail holes offer approximately ¼” of forward and backward adjustment, allowing flexibility during engine alignment and installation. Whether you’re upgrading your jet boat setup or building from scratch, this kit delivers professional-grade performance and ease of use.
You can choose between stringer backer plates or a set of eight “Beast” stringer washers, depending on your installation preference. Every kit includes all necessary stainless hardware for a complete, ready-to-install solution.
