The HTP Prime-A-Jet eliminates the common issue of air getting trapped in your jet pump during launch. Without proper bleeding, the engine may rev while the boat barely moves—classic symptoms of an air-bound pump. This automatic air bleed system threads directly into the top of the pump bowl and vents trapped air on startup.
As RPM increases, the Prime-A-Jet mechanically closes on its own, requiring no cables, no switches, and zero maintenance. It also protects your wear ring by preventing repeated dry-start conditions.
